Your home is unique, it isn't the same as the house down the block, or even next door. Your marketing plan should be just as specialized, and will help you sell your home quickly.
Here’s how I will work with you to market your property.
1.A free consultation on how to get your home show ready. Together we will go through your home, to determine how to showcase your homes best features. Everything from furniture placement to clutter control – to help your place appeal to more potential buyers and maximize marketability.
2.Give you a sense of the market. To help determine an optimum listing price, I will complete a thoroughly researched "Comparative Market Analysis", providing you with all details and reasoning to ensure you are happy and confident with all of your decisions.
3.Submit the listing to MLS®. Your MLS listing, complete with quality photos, and a thorough description will be available to area realtors.
4.Promote your listing.Your listing will be featured on my website, my online newsletter, in feature sheets, “Just Listed” postcards, open houses, targeted emails, and any other marketing vehicle that makes sense for your property – and the target market of potential buyers. Your property will also be marketed 24/7 until it is sold.
5.Follow up after every viewing. I will contact you after every showing to let you know the potential buyers’ level of interest, and tell you what types of comments they made about your property.
6.Personalized Attnetion. You’ll never have to guess where things stand with the sale of your property, or the market conditions. If you have any questions, I’m always available to answer them – seven days a week. I welcome your calls, texts or emails anytime.
